We send the first draft and first amendments are free. Should you still be unsatisfied with your document, then we will allow up to 2 weeks of revisions with KLCC from the commencement of your document to have final changes to us to complete. Please note, the format is critical and we will not be changing this as it’s the formula of our Resumes that have proven success. If you wish to change the format, that is at your discretion.

Yes. Our Resumes work through ATS tracking systems and are designed with keywords and simplicity in mind.
